With my Aquarius rising, Pisces sun, and Sagittarius moon, I’ve always been drawn to creative expression, big ideas, and a love for people. As a Manifestor in Human Design, I thrive on bringing ideas to life and inspiring others to follow their dreams.

My journey has taken me around the world
From the stages of performing arts centres to the natural beauty of the Gold Coast.
Now, I’m here to empower you on your own unique health journey—one that’s adventurous, inspiring, and truly aligned with who you are.
But getting here hasn’t been without its challenges.
On the surface, my life might have looked like a fairytale. From playing Ariel in The Little Mermaid at Disney to living a rockstar lifestyle as a XXXX Angel, I lived in the limelight, adventuring across the globe and more recently building the business of my dreams.
But behind the scenes, things weren’t always as they seemed.
A few years ago, life threw me some curveballs I wasn’t prepared for. Amongst some life altering changes and emotional battles my nervous system shut down, leaving me bedridden and forced to step away from everything I’d built, including my business. I had hit rock bottom, feeling like I’d completely failed with no understanding of how to claw my way out of a very dark place. Life simply hadn’t gone to plan, and for a while, I had completely lost my spark and felt limited in my resources in knowing how to move forward.
It was through this messy, painful chapter that my journey into holistic health began. I didn’t fully understand how deeply connected the mind, body and spirit are when it comes to our health, that the emotional and psychological stress could have such an impact on my physical body. I embraced a journey of exploration and experimentation, diving into new practices, cultivating small but impactful habits, and discovering resources that gradually helped me rebuild my strength, health, and confidence. Slowly, I expanded into a version of myself that feels more vibrant and alive than ever before.
I’m excited to share everything I’ve learned with you. This isn’t about following rigid rules; it’s about finding what feels good and makes you come alive. My mission is to help you feel energised, balanced, and confident, so you can create a life that you genuinely love.” One that supports your big dreams and gives you the tools to navigate the unexpected curveballs along the way.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me running along the beautiful Gold Coast beaches, hitting up HIIT sessions, spending quality time with my partner and fur baby Drake, or exploring local markets to whip up something healthy and delicious for my loved ones.
